Which categories does the accreditation badge reader distinguish?

Domestic accreditation, KAHF, recruitment registration and JCI are distinct categories.

These categories describe different assessment or registration relationships. The same institution may mention several, so choose the scheme actually named on the document.

Read the words on the brochure before selecting a category. Domestic healthcare accreditation, KAHF, recruitment registration and JCI have different sources, even when the same institution displays them together. Keep an unidentified mark as a question rather than choosing a category from its colour or shape.

A registration claim concerns the registered entity and statutory requirements. A domestic accreditation claim concerns an assessment against standards. KAHF concerns eligible registered institutions’ foreign-patient systems, while JCI requires its named international program. Selecting one category does not establish the others.

What input does the accreditation badge reader need?

Only select a category; no image, medical information or document upload is needed.

The reader classifies known wording. It does not authenticate a mark’s artwork or determine whether a particular institution holds the award.

The selector accepts a known scheme name, not a certificate file. You do not need to provide a patient name, diagnosis or treatment information to understand the credential category. Changing the selection updates the description of the scheme rather than performing a search for the institution.

If a document only uses general wording such as certified, the useful next step is to obtain its scheme and issuer. The available categories are not alternative guesses for an unclear claim. A missing identifier should remain visible as something to ask the person or body that issued the document.

Whose role does the accreditation badge reader show?

The result separates the legal authority and the bodies performing assessment or publication.

KAHF divides accreditation, review and survey across MOHW, KHIDI and KOIHA. Registration is with the competent provincial or metropolitan authority.

For domestic accreditation, distinguish the Minister’s statutory authority from the work delegated to KOIHA. The delegated work includes assessment and publication of results, so the official status record is different from an institution’s own explanation of the mark.

For KAHF, the official scheme separates MOHW accreditation, KHIDI review and KOIHA survey. Recruitment registration is with the competent provincial or metropolitan authority. Use the role attached to the question when deciding which source can identify the document you are checking.

How does the accreditation badge reader describe periods?

It states verified general rules and flags the need for the actual certificate or registration record.

KAHF deemed renewal affects recruitment registration. JCI has no assumed universal term here. A general duration does not establish an institution’s current effect.

The four-year accredited and one-year conditional terms apply to their own domestic and KAHF awards. The result identifies those general rules, but the institution’s stated certificate dates still need to be read. A brochure upload date should not replace the award’s start or end.

Recruitment registration ordinarily has a three-year term. Article 14(5) also provides deemed renewal after relevant KAHF awards and includes a period ceiling with a conditional exception. JCI has no general term applied here. These differences explain why one duration cannot be attached to every mark.

Does the accreditation badge reader check a hospital name?

It supplies scheme facts, not a local institution register.

Use the linked issuing body to match an institution, location and award. No source record is created from the selected category.

There is no current local register behind the selection. A complete-looking scheme description is not an institution-level result. To check a hospital, use the corresponding official route and compare its full name, category, location and award details.

Some official descriptions identify fields that are not available as obtained institutional records here. The psychiatric dataset specification and an actual hospital row are different materials. Historical portal accreditation labels also do not provide a current decision simply because their source page was recently modified.

Does the accreditation badge reader save a selection?

Selections remain in the current screen’s memory and are not sent or saved.

Opening an official link is a separate navigation to that organization’s website. No selected value is placed in the link or a query string.

The visible local-input notice describes the selection’s handling on this screen. It is not necessary to submit identifying patient information for any category. Selections are not written to persistent browser storage or a server-side search history.

An official link opens the organization’s own website, where its own search instructions apply. The selected value is not attached to that link. Read the destination and scheme again before entering any information on the external site, because the guide’s selector and that site’s search are separate actions.

What should follow the accreditation badge reader result?

Match the institution and the stated record fields at the source.

Retain the scheme, full name, type, location, grade and dates where supplied. A field not supplied remains an unanswered source question.

Use the source’s own wording for the institution, grade and program. Similar names may concern different facilities, and a familiar brand does not identify every location. Keep an unmatched address as a specific question for the issuer rather than merging two records by name.

The result gives the source-review date for the scheme facts. Your institution check has its own date. Retain the official fields actually read and any unresolved period or grade, so a later clarification can be connected to the particular question without inventing a missing status. Keep a later source answer distinct from the earlier observation so its time reference remains clear.

What are the limits of this tool?

  • The result does not authenticate artwork or determine institutional status.
  • No hospital is recommended, rated or joined to another name.
  • General period rules do not establish current effect.

Original scope, dates and limits remain attached to each source. Missing evidence is not replaced by assumptions.
